The broth is one of those laborious things to make in the kitchen. Take Stock takes away the pain of slaving away from the stove.
If you’re looking for a nutritious and delicious broth soup that is perfect for various diets like paleo, keto, and intermittent fasting, look no further than Take Stock’s bone broth.
Why try Take Stock?
Take Stock bone broth is made with all-natural ingredients and contains no artificial flavours or preservatives, making it a healthy and tasty option for anyone looking to improve their diet. It’s also rich in collagen, which is great for supporting healthy skin, hair, and nails, as well as aiding in joint health.
The broth is made by simmering roasted bones and vegetables for up to 24 hours, which extracts all the nutrients and flavours from the bones and creates a rich and flavourful broth. It’s also gluten-free and dairy-free, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions.
The versatile broth can be enjoyed independently and used as a base for other dishes, like sauces, soups and smoothies.
If you’re following a paleo or keto diet, Take Stock bone broth is an excellent choice as it’s low in carbs and high in healthy fats and protein. It’s also a great option for those practising intermittent fasting, as it provides a nourishing and satisfying meal that won’t break your fast.

Final thoughts
I tasted the chicken bone broth on its own and can taste all the herbs used to simmer in the broth, the aromatics of the herbs used shone through. I do think that the broth on its own was weak for pho and suggest dialling the flavour up with fish sauce, and ginger.
Overall, Take Stock bone broth is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious broth soup packed with collagen and all-natural ingredients. Whether you’re following a paleo or keto diet, or practising intermittent fasting, this bone broth is a great way to support your overall health and well-being. So why not give it a try today and see for yourself how good it tastes and feels?
