Cahoots the London underground-themed bar
Imagine going down to a basement to a 1940’ speak easy based on the London underground-themed bar and that was the case with Cahoots. Part of the Inception group, these guys are no strangers to making fun-themed venues. I was here for a photoshoot event hosted by Olympus now known as OM Systems.
Location
Located on Carnaby Street, hidden underneath the famous Kingly court. You descend to the familiar underground staircase to cream and brown coloured tiles to the metal gate door to the ticket hall. Cahoots is divided up into three unique spaces, Underground, Ticket Hall and Signal Station.
The space
We made use of the space, with our model. Placing her in different spots in the venue, I even got some action shots of the bartender behind the scenes at the signal station. I was testing the Olympus Pen F camera and some prime lenses prior to purchasing. I was impressed with the shots that I took with the compact device. Sample shots using the Olympus Pen F, 17mm, 45mm prime lenses.
The old-school tube carpet material-style seats are placed in the underground vintage train carriage section.
Drinks
Of course, the beautifully crafted cocktails were equally delicious. High spirits cocktails are served in tin cans.
