I’m a bit fussy when it comes to macarons, most I’ve tried can be overbearing and too sweet for me. Macaron’s are known as French cookies made with almond flour, egg whites and sugar with a Ganache flavoured filling. I had On’s macaron’s at hyper japan and instantly loved them.
The macaron’s on display was vivid and colourful with many choices. I brought 5 for £9. Here are my photos. They still remind me of miniature burgers.
