It’s nearly that time of year! CHRISTMAS! Have fast did 2016 flyby? It’s time to start thinking about Christmas presents for your loved ones. I nailed down a few favourites of mine to stop the headaches from shopping.
Luc Belaire has come out with a special collaboration with Ben Eine for their Luc Belaire x Ben Eine gift set. It comes with a limited edition custom made backpack with Ben Eine signature bold typography and also built in pocket that fits two bottles of bubblys. If you fancy a really swish looking limited edition bottle check out the white and gold Belaire Luxe. It can be fold on Selfridges or online for £60.
Stationary is a big love of mine, spend ages looking for quality, and designs that function. I use the to-do list pad from Kikki-k it’s a cute Swedish stationary store in Covent Garden.
This year I purchased three different Midori traveller’s notebook. There’s something about holding the fine handmade leather notebook in your hand that feels like you’re an adventurer waiting to tell your story. The passport size makes a perfect campaign to take and chuck inside my bag. I usually write notes on my commute to and from work. The bigger version is used for travels and is fully customisable to how I want to use my journal. I have crafted paper, plastic slots, notebook, a wallet for me to store business cards, maps, tickets anything for safe keeping for my trips. Passport size from £27.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without some special festive food like Panttone cake and an advert calendar. For the foodies lovers Carluccios have a fab range to suit any budget from stocking fillers to gift boxes. Gifts from £2.50 upwards.
I know what I want for Christmas I’ve been eyeing up the Olympus E-PL8 this month. I was about to buy the older Olympus E-PL7 when I saw a big launch for the new model in October. It’s one of the most desired bloggers cameras out there and I love the portability of the small handheld design with wifi abilities. The screen also tilts in different directions for selfies and odd angle shots. £499
Last but not least, it’s a tradition in winter for my family to gather around and do hot pot. I think this Staub fondue set makes a great party with friends or family.
