Nintendo has launched a limited-time pop-up store at Westfield London (Shepherd’s Bush), bringing exclusive merchandise and a curated retail experience to the UK. Running from 22 October to 16 November 2025, the store is located on the ground floor of the centre, directly opposite the LEGO store.

Location and Opening Details
Address: Westfield London, Ariel Way, Shepherd’s Bush, W12 7GF
Dates: 22 October – 16 November 2025
Opening Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 9 pm
- Sunday: 12 pm – 6 pm
During the opening period (22–26 October), entry required advance ticket reservations. From 27 October onwards, the store operates on a walk-in, queue-based system.

What Visitors Can Expect
The pop-up store features a wide selection of Nintendo products, including:
- Exclusive merchandise is typically available only at Nintendo stores in Japan
- Apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies and accessories
- Collectables including pins, charms and keyrings
- Soft toys and plush characters
- Homeware, bags, stationery and lifestyle items
The store highlights several major Nintendo franchises, including Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Pikmin and Splatoon.
Entry Requirements and Ticket Information
For the initial ticketed period, visitors were required to reserve a time slot using a Nintendo Account. Groups needed to be linked under the same Nintendo Account family group. Children aged 6 and under did not require a ticket if accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. After 26 October, entry moved to a first-come, first-served queue system.
Visitor Experience
Early visitors have described the shop as compact but well stocked, providing a retail experience similar to Nintendo’s flagship stores in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, New York and San Francisco. Queue times vary, with quieter weekday periods offering quick access, while peak times can involve longer waits. Costumed character appearances, including Mario and Luigi, have been reported at certain times, offering additional photo opportunities.

Why the Pop-Up is Worth Visiting
This temporary store offers UK fans the rare opportunity to purchase merchandise normally available only in Japan or at Nintendo’s permanent flagship stores abroad. With exclusive items, a focused selection of fan favourites and a family-friendly atmosphere, it provides a memorable experience for collectors, gamers and visitors of all ages.
