Fika pop up Soho Square – Swedish High tea

On Thursday an email was dropped to my inbox informing me of the Fika pop up Swedish equivalent of high tea. The event ran for 3 days from 24th-26th and it was a must to reserve a table. The Swedish tradition of Fika was to have 7 different types of cookies with coffee. The biscuits were made by pastry chef Jan Hedh and the team. It was a great experience and the biscuits were delicious sitting with strangers got conversations going.
