Casa Havana at Skylounge. It’s a Cuban-inspired pop up bar on the rooftop of the Hilton by Tower of London, with rum cocktails and Piña Colada slushies, a bar menu of fried plantain and red snapper ceviche, and regular live music nights all overlooking panoramic views of the city.
Great giveaway

Not something I’ve really tried before.
At bedtime I listen to stories
I shower using a fresh herbal gel
I’ve not tried mindfulness, but I’ve heard it could help with my anxiety. I unwind with alcohol, which isn’t ideal.
Anything that can help to wind down and relax is welcomed by me I rarely get any me time but when I do I just love silence, I never appreciated how great silence really is until now. An empty house, a hot bubble bath and a few of my favourite treats to myself is my idea of heaven
great prize thank you
I unwind by going on very long walks
Yes and I like to unwind by reading a good book
I am, I have dabbled in yoga for a number of years. To relax I mainly read
Have heard of mindfulness but stick to what works for me and that’s long walks in the hills and forests with my dog and the sights and sounds of nature……
I don’t think I am! I unwind by kicking off my shoes and watching my favourite TV programmes
I am massively into (attempting )mindfulness! I get very stressed and find that If I don’t force myself to wind down I get really ill! Another great help I’ve found is listening to guided meditations and positive affirmations on you tube with my headphones on throughout the day!
