The Malaysian Traditional Pancake known as ‘Apam Balik’

The Malaysian pancake popular known as Apam Balik owner managed to follow me on twitter and even sent me a voucher to try the pancakes. The stall is hidden inside rasa saying branch along oxford street, on Fridays the pancakes are on offer for £1.50! Cheap and cheerful! I sampled the peanut and sweet corn one, it was sweet and savoury the outer pancake crust was crispy pan-fried.

I ordered the apple and cinnamon one, the bramley apple used was sweet, and the pancake was buttery I preferred the peanut and the sweet corn one!
