.As my title suggests, it starts with the season. Seasonal ingredients are fundamental for Four Winters ice cream chefs. Four Winters are the new ice cream parlour that changes the usual pre-made on the display window to one cup at a time.
With currently 3 stores in London, I popped into the Notting Hill one after getting my hair done. Great photo imagery is displayed on the shop front to tempt anyone inside. Four Winters ice cream chefs make their concoctions and bottle it up in the fridge ready to churn into the maker.
I ordered a small strawberry parfait, the lady who served me was all smiles and explain everything about Four Winters perfectly. Then the magic happens, pouring the liquid ingredients into the maker, the magic unfolds as nitrogen liquid causes the smoke to explode.
The results are extraordinary, creating the smoothest, creamiest bursting with flavour. It’s a combination of fresh strawberries, yoghurt, and layers of fresh fruit and crunchy oat crumbles. Hands down one of the best ice creams I ever had. Fresh is always best.
